Online Deposits:
All treatments require a non-refundable online deposit. If your appointment is booked manually by our team, your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit (sent by email link) is paid.
Review and Consultation Deposits:
Consultation appointments are now charged at £25, however this is redeemable against all treatments.
Review appointments are FREE OF CHARGE, however if you do not attend your card will be charged for £35 in accordance with our ‘Did Not Attend’ policy.
Moving appointments:
Each appointment can be rescheduled for once at no cost*. The second move will incur a repeat deposit to confirm the appointment.
*If recheduled less than 72hrs to booked appointment, a £25 charge will be incurred.
If you do not attend your appointment, you will now be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment booked for, or £35 if your appointment was for a review. We do not charge for cancellations up to 72 hours before an appointment. This includes any lateness up to 10minutes after the start of the booked appointment.
This will be charged to the card you paid your deposit with. The consent on the booking site has also been updated to reflect this.
We know things come up in life, and therefore you have the opportunity to move your appointment twice for free.
If you are unable to make your appointment or need to reschedule, you must give 72 hours' notice in writing (via text message or email, not social media). Anything less will be deemed a no-show, and you’ll be charged 100% of the full treatment cost, or £35 if your appointment was a review (removing any discounts applied). This will be deducted from the card attached to your account (Please note that all card captures come with consent to ensure you agree prior to supplying card details on our booking site).
Please let us know if you are running late via phone call or message to our phone, as we are unable to check our social media. This method will not be accepted as a cancellation notification. While we try to be accommodating, any attendance later than 10 minutes will be seen as a no-show. The above cancellation policy will be applied, and you will be charged the price of your deposit and be required to rebook your treatment.

All clients' personal information, notes, and images are held securely and kept for five years, following the GDPR guidelines.
All businesses' have a legal duty of care to their clients to join the information commissioner office register. This ensures that all information is held safely and legally, and it’s only used in the way it is intended.
Clients can retract their consent for images to be used at any time. This must be done in writing, via email or text message.
Due to the roles within public health care that our staff are also employed in, we reserve the right to decline individual clients of Glow Medical Aesthetics if they are known to us through our healthcare roles. This is deemed a conflict of interest and goes against the Nursing and Midwifery Council code of conduct that registered nurses within the UK must abide by. If this issue occurs, we are happy to refer individuals to another local medical aesthetic injector.
We politely request that we not be contacted to negotiate prices for prescriptions or treatments.
Please be mindful that each cost with Glow Medical Aesthetics covers not only products but also time, knowledge, skills, travel, training, and overhead. professional qualifications, insurance, memberships, and legal responsibility, to name a few.
We always do our best to ensure we can support as many injectors and deliver our treatments in the safest way possible, and to do so in an efficient and encompassing way.
To request a negotiation is not insulting but disrespectful from clients and also unprofessional from fellow injectors.
To be fair to all patients and staff members working within the building, all patients must attend their appointments alone. This includes parents, children, friends, etc.
Visitors are welcome to wait in the car or outside the building until appointments have been completed.
If this is not respected, patients will be required to rebook their appointment, with the cost of their deposit being lost.
