Cancellations, Lateness & No-Shows
If you are unable to attend your appointment or need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ written notice.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur charges of 100% of the treatment cost (discounts will not apply).
(For reviews or consultations, a £25 fee will be charged to your saved card, in line with the terms and conditions agreed at the time of booking).
You may reschedule your appointment once, free of charge, provided you give more than 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice, or on more than one occasion, will incur a £25 fee.
If you are running late, please call or text us directly. We are unable to monitor social media messages, and these cannot be accepted as notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
GDPR Compliance
All client personal information, treatment notes, and images are stored securely and retained for five years in accordance with GDPR regulations.
As part of our legal duty of care, we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ensuring that all client data is handled safely, legally, and used solely for its intended purpose.
Clients have the right to withdraw their consent for the use of images at any time. This request must be made in writing via email or text message.
Conflict of Interest
Due to the professional roles our staff hold within public healthcare, we reserve the right to decline treatment to individuals who are known to us through those roles. This is to avoid a conflict of interest and to remain fully compliant with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct, which all UK-registered nurses are required to uphold.
In such cases, we will be happy to refer you to a trusted local medical aesthetics practitioner.
Attend alone
To ensure a fair and comfortable environment for all clients and staff within the building, we kindly ask that all patients attend their appointments alone. This includes no accompanying parents, children, friends, or other visitors.
Guests are welcome to wait outside the building or in a vehicle until the appointment is complete.
Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the appointment being cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new appointment will need to be booked.
