Our Policies

Deposits:

Online Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for all treatments and must be paid online. If your appointment is booked manually by our team, it is not confirmed until the deposit (sent via email link) has been paid.

Consultation and Review Appointments
Consultations are charged at £25, which is fully redeemable against any treatment.
Review appointments are free of charge, however, failure to attend without notice will result in a £35 charge in line with our Did Not Attend policy.

Rescheduling Appointments
You may reschedule your appointment once at no cost.
A second reschedule will incur a £25 fee to confirm the new appointment.
Please note: If an appointment is rescheduled less than 72 hours before the original time, a £25 fee will apply.

Cancellations, Lateness & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 72 hours’ notice in writing.

  • 72–24 hours’ notice: 50% of the full treatment cost will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend: 100% of the full treatment cost will be charged (any discounts will be removed).
  • If your appointment does not include a treatment cost (e.g., consultation or review), a £35 charge will be applied to your saved card in line with our online booking terms and conditions.

You may reschedule your appointment once free of charge if done more than 72 hours in advance.
Rescheduling within 72 hours or more than once will incur a £25 fee.

If you are running late, please notify us by phone call or text message only. We do not monitor social media for appointment updates, and messages sent there will not be accepted as notice of lateness or cancellation.

GDPR Compliance

All client personal information, treatment notes, and images are stored securely and retained for five years in accordance with GDPR regulations.

As part of our legal duty of care, we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ensuring that all client data is handled safely, legally, and used solely for its intended purpose.

Clients have the right to withdraw their consent for the use of images at any time. This request must be made in writing via email or text message.

Conflict of Interest

Due to the professional roles our staff hold within public healthcare, we reserve the right to decline treatment to individuals who are known to us through those roles. This is to avoid a conflict of interest and to remain fully compliant with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct, which all UK-registered nurses are required to uphold.

In such cases, we will be happy to refer you to a trusted local medical aesthetics practitioner.

aTTEND aLONE

Attend alone

To ensure a fair and comfortable environment for all clients and staff within the building, we kindly ask that all patients attend their appointments alone. This includes no accompanying parents, children, friends, or other visitors.

Guests are welcome to wait outside the building or in a vehicle until the appointment is complete.

Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the appointment being cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new appointment will need to be booked.
