-Avoid alcohol/caffiene/energy drinks for 48hrs prior to treatment.
-Discuss with your GP if you take anti-coagulant medicatio.
-Avoid sunbeds for 1 week before treatment.
-Do not touch the treated area, apply make up or smoke for 48hours to avoid introducing infection
-Avoid alcohol, ibuprofen, aspirin, energy drinks & strenuous exercise for 48hrs to reduce the risk of further bruising and swelling.
-Apply a cold compress/ice pack to affected area to help reduce swelling.
